I would say shaheed bhagat singh college is better than dyal singh college. But there’s is not much difference between both the colleges.Dayal singh morning college has better ranking. But the building of deen dyal upadhyay is newly built and has better infrastucture. But shaheed bhagat singh is in south campus and enjoys the benefit of it whereas deen dyal is off campus.
