As if you want to do carrier in pharmacy then choose top Government college especially Nashik is good one.

If your economic conditions are good then choose ICT MUMBAI because they don't have hostel facility it would be costly than Nashik but it provide immense opportunity and abundance exposure to your personality, and good quality of education.

In second possibility,

if u want only graduation degree and some amount of job security and wanted more time for some extra preparation for such as MBA, UPSC...etc. Then choose private college bcoz they dont have attendance issue and they will fully cooperate as per your demand..
