It completely depends on your marks in JEE mains and advanced. Because in general the best colleges for computer science are IITs, or IISc. But you have secure a very good rank in JEE advanced to get Computer branch. So, You should prepare for JEE advanced and do hard work to get CS branch in any of these colleges.
