KJ Somaiya is better of the two it has comparatively better faculty and a huge campus. You get to meet student from various fields and not just engineering lastly it is also more competityive to get into. There is a reserved quota for Gujrati so if you are eligibke for it then give it a try. Also KJ Somaiya has better ranking.
