If you perform analysis individually on both the above institutions, GLA university is a very good institute, with sophisticated infrastructure, qualified faculties, well equipped labs, book rich Library and with all the necessary facilities to pursue your studies.
However when your consideration is with Doon Business School they have almost 90 percent placements, with average package of 5-7 LPA and highest package as that of 15 LPA. In case of GLA University placement is somewhat less flourished,
