The below given placement information is based on the review taken by the passed out ECE branch students from the respective colleges.

YMCA -

Around 28% of the placements are provided for electrical engineering students in YMCA UST, so the placement rate is very low. The highest package offered is about 5 LPA. IT and CSE branches have 100% placements. The placement rate for electrical and other branches like EIC may get increased.

IKGPTU -

If you have something in you, then definitely you will be placed at right place. Campus is new so we cannot talk about that they have massive placement record but there are majorly private companies which are local in Punjab and sometimes from the industrial area like Noida. AON and Wipro are the companies majorly visit our campus.

Both the colleges are decent it's your decision to make which college you want to choose so that it would be convenient for you.
