So, firstly regardless of the branches, SASTRA University is the best choice among the two Colleges which you've mentioned above. So, for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SASTRA University would be the better option and it beats Gitam in almost all aspects. Getting a seat in SASTRA is very good and don't leave it idle. I would personally recommend to go with Sastra because it has got very good faculty, placements and laboratories as well.
