Sorry to say Ankit but according to your rank it is not possible to get any good college in any branch.some of the colleges where you have chance are azad institute of engineering and technology,shri ram murti smarak college for ece.united college of engineering greater noida for electrical,JSS academy noida for mechanical.you may try for other colleges also.you may also check the link below for college predictor which you may get as per your rank.I hope it helped.
