Malla Reddy is the best campus when you compare both. Even these two colleges are autonomous institutes but mallareddy has a unique curriculum and it follows cbcs (choice based credit system) means you can opt for your favorite subject in the electives. By this system you can easily score a good cgpa
Coming to the infrastructure mallareddy is quite good and the labs are fully equipped and efficient.
Regarding the placements also mallareddy is a good option.

Out of both , you should prefer CMR college you can prefer for btech studies. As its placements are better than Malla Reddy and even in overall aspects.
