BHU is a reputed university. It is definitely a good choice for B.A. you may get The cyber library and central library facilities are availabe besides the library in faculty. The classes are quite regular in Arts faculty. The professors are knowledgable and interactive. you'll find greenery everywhere throughout the campus. And it will make you feel like you're far from today's polluted environment.
JNU is a central university. The interaction with teachers is not limited to classrooms but they help you and guide you after the lectures also. The debates, the cultural fests, the night outs, the hostel nights, everything you may find it so lively and jubilant.
