Dear Aryan,
Colleges and Universities of National Importance are always ahead of other government or private colleges since the central and state government will allocate a huge amount of money every year for its development. Everything including academics, sports, extra-curriculars, faculty, placements, research will be better there. So in my opinion IITM is the best.
