Which college is better for bca course Chandigarh university or Graphic Era?

Graphic Era ( Dehradun ) as my home town in in Dehradun and many of my friends are in Graphic Era.
CSE branch of CU is much better than than Graphic Era due to the following reasons :
- Excellent placement record of CSE branch.
- Industry Oriented Computer Science programmes.
- Highly Experienced Faculty
- Affordable Fees.
- Having both UGC and AICTE approvals
- Great infrastructure which is still increasing
I think Chandigarh University is best for Computer Science Engineering than Graphic Era .
