The du colleges ranking according to NIRF - gargi college is far more good than shivaji college.
Gargi stand at 12th while shivaji college at 54th.
Bcom courses studied at gargi college is much better and have good exposure and career than studied in shivaji college.

Both the colleges are good and you can for any jf them.Gargi Collge is one of the leading Women colleges located on the south campus. It is affiliated to Delhi University where as Shivaji college is Co ed.
