According to my research I guess you should go for BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY for B.COM because of the following points:-
1) BHU is a central University and LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY is a state University.
2)BHU has more popularity and reputation among parents and students and everywhere. And studing in this University will give you a tag of BHU which will help you in your future.
3) there is no political drama in BHU.
4) BHU has amazing infrastructure and excellent environment.
5) BHU conducts many extra curricular activities along with studies which will help in building a good personality.
