Some differentiating factors for both the colleges are

• For Amity University,Noida.

1. Course Fee: Rs.16,34,588/- for 4 years.
2. NAAC Score: For Amity,Noida it is Grade-A+ college with 3.27/4 CGPA.
3. Average Placement is 3.75 lakhs per annum.
4. 3.95/5 stars in college review

• For NCU, Gurgaon

1. Course Fee: Rs.10,12,000/- for 4 years.
2. NAAC Score: For NCU the grades are B and CGPA score is 2.72/4
3. Average Placement is 3.60 lakhs per annum
4. 4.0/5 stars in college reviews.

As these are common differences on the basis of fess, facilities, placements and reviews between both the colleges.

And I would suggest that if you belongs to middle class family then NCU, Gurgaon will be better than Amity Noida because because of the fees. No doubt that charging of high fees will provides more facilities like training and exploration. But even after such comfortable for many skills and preparation for competitive exams you would have join some extra classes which will make you in trouble in long term and will result in pressure on you which is not make  a good impact on you.

So I would suggest if you are from a middle class family you should join NCU, Gurgaon because as you see there is no such a big difference between both the colleges and you can do same thing in the latter college also and you can invest the saved money on yourself in different way which would help you in your future.
