Bangalore institute of Technology is under VTU whereas Dayanand sagar is autonomous.
There are pros and cons of each college.
In terms of placements, both are almost similar.
Dayanand sagar has a good Campus. I
f you want a good college life take Dayanand sagar if you just need a good college for your career then take BIT.
