The ranking given by the government is based on the equipment of labs, infrastructure, no.of doctorate faculty in the college, placements, events and activities. Under these parameters CBIT is ranked at best that IIIT Kancheepuram. CBIT is the no.1 private engineering college of Telangana. The tution fee at CBIT is 2,00,000/- per year.
