Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.Well,the MSU is the best because it gives basic knowledge of any kind of subject. And at the end when your base is clear so you can easily learn more things related to this. I didn't say that IIT is not good. IIT is very better for higher studies and get better future. But there are some examples like Venkatesh Raman who get Nobel Price , He is from MSU. So at the end it's your that you have to choose which of them.
