Hello there,
CSE in Indian institute of information and technology is clearly the winner here.
IIITs have been funded heavily for the past few years given the nature of their curriculum and are hence expected to grow in the coming future.
No private institution except BITS Pilani would prove any match worthy of comparison.
Thapar is almost like VIT.
