Igims is better in all aspects whether it is academic or how to talk with patient or to know about recent advances at any time if you are lucky enough to get the college do opt for it you will never regret it in your life.

It's a question that suprised me as you are comparing IGIMS over PMCH. Since PMCH is glorious institute of bihar over around 10 decades and also there patient flow is more every one has a dream of getting that college. These are some reason, that why PMCH is far better than IGIMS:
- It has excellent Academics, regular classes and practical occurs here. Even in regular basis here presentation and seminar takes place. Academics is undoubtedly better than IGIMS.
- Infrastructure is the best in Bihar. Lecture theater are fully ac with modern technology like smart classes.
- PMCH has always qualify MCI criteria and there is proposal for increase of mbbs seats.
- It is an autonomous institute and has it's own rule and regulations (just like AIIMS and IITs)so it is not influenced by outside.
So according to me if you are able to get PMCH through counselling ,take admission and be part of one of the best and prestigious medical college.

As both colleges are situated in patna and are almost of the same level. If you ask according to academic and facilities it is better in igims as it is semi government college. If you ask about patients reach then it is more in PMCH than the igims as pmch is the oldest and there's patients comes from every district of bihar but patients reach is also too good for igims and it is more than enough to learn you about your subject. As IGIMS is semi government college so you will have to pay some Higher tution fee as compared to PMCH so this can be your deciding factor or otherwise both colleges are best in bihar you can choose any one of them according to your comfortablity.
