If you were to take my opinion then in terms of return on investment I would say that you should go with government college of engineering, Aurangabad because the fees is comparatively low and the placements in this college average.

Companies like cognizant,tcs, infosys Accenture comes for recruitment. Whereas in dy Patil the fees is high and you would notice the same placements there too.

Dear applicant out of the College options chosen by you, both the colleges are wise considering their academics. But when it comes to D Y Patil Akurdi Institute the Placement scenario after COVID is poor. Whereas Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad has impressive placements of Computer Science Engineering branch, not only that this Institute has maintained reputed position as per faculty records and Lab maintenance. You will get sophisticated facilities, starting package of placement you can expect as 5-6 LPA.
