Both are affiliated with University of Delhi hence the degree that you will hold after 3 years will be the same yet I'd prefer Ramanujan College since it is graded A by NAAC. It's infrastructure is new and so much better than other colleges affiliated with University of Delhi, It has a better location too that is CR park and places like Greater Kailash, Nehru Place, Kalkaji are really close and are considered to be great hangout spots. There are three different metro station near it making it easy to travel from any corner od Delhi. Plus, their faculty for Psychology is excellent. Go for it, no need to change.
