Hope you are doing well. As per your query both of these colleges are very good when it comes to your above mentioned courses. JMI ranked 12th in all India whereas CVS ranked 63rd in NIRF ranking. The campus life and environment is better in CVS whereas when it is about placements JMI is much better for BA/Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
