In this comparison I would say IPGMR is the best institute to take admission in. IPGMR have a good rank among medical College, also faculty is considered to be one of the best in West Bengal. If you can get admission in Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research, If you can get admission in this college then it's the best, don't worry about anything else.
