In terms of infrastructure and faculty I would say St.Xaviers college ranchi is good option as it one of the best colleges.In terms of placements, you cant expect much as placement after B.com.

Either ways if you want to persue just graduation you can go for St.Xaviers ranchi as you will have to attend all the classes because 75% attendance is compulsory.
