Which college is better SJB Institute of Technology or Global Academy of Technology Bangalore for CS and IT engineering branch?

Global academy of technology have good overall ratings much similar to that of SJB. They have decent placement records but are highly inconsistent, predicting of average placement record becomes a difficult task.
