Both the colleges - XIME BANGLORE and Jaipuria institute of Management Lucknow – are decent options for management programmes.

XIME offers a PGDM programme which is a two year fully residential post graduate diploma in management. Here’s a bit about their program:

 Flagship programme of XIME.

 AICTE approved two-year, full-time, residential programme.

 Annual intake of 180 students at Bangalore, 120 students in Kochi and 120 students in Chennai

Other top b-schools for PGDM / MBA programmes include IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, FMS, Delhi, and Asia-Pacific Institute of Management.

Congratulations for the calls that you have received!!

Let me put forward each college individually :

XIME Bangalore :

Placements-The campus' average placement is around 6.5 lacs per annum with the highest package ranging from somewhere around 11-12 lpa. Companies like Wipro, Accenture, KPMG, Bosch, SBI, ICICI Prudential, Infosys are among the premier recruiters of this institute. Good number of students bag PPO during their summer internship as well. 100% placement is what the records of this institute claim.

Infrastructure - backed with WiFi facility which is the need of every student, this Institute has a good infra overall. Its library, though compact, yet contains books of all genres and pertaining to almost all management related topics, plus has management reports, magazines, newspapers, etc. There is also an Empressario club of XIME and an e-shop in the main campus which provides stationery items, snacks, coffee etc. The hostel rooms have triple sharing accommodation but are comfortable and spacious.

Faculty - highly qualified, helpful and knowledgeable faculty is present. XIME is known for its teaching methodology and academic curriculum. Students get a chance to visit industries as well to get an industrial exposure.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow :

Placements - placements here at Jaipuria are slightly better or at par with that of XIME. Highest being 15 lacs in the recent past and average lingering around 5-7 lpa. Companies like Amazon, HDFC, Pantaloons, Future Group, Reliance, etc are premium recruiters.

Infrastructure - Jaipuria provides all the basic facilities and amenities needed by a student. Classes have Impartus, which helps the absentees to cover up their missed classes.

Faculty - some of its faculty is really good, Very helpful and cooperative. Mentor system is followed there wherein students are allotted faculty mentors whom they can interact with and share their problems and issues and get experienced suggestions. An amalgamation of studies with industrial insights can be seen here.

Hope this helps in clearing your doubts.

All the best!!
