For placements I would say that it totally depends on your skills because mower days students from average colleges are also getting 20-30 lakhs offer. But yes best remains best and therefore colleges with good average package are Thapar, Manipal, SRM, VIT, LNMIIT, JIIT, NIIT and many more. In institutions like IIT's, NIT's, IIIT's, BITS, NSIT, DTU etc students get upto 1.5 crore packages but the luckiest are 1or 2 only.
