Hello Rohit R M

If you want to enjoy a city life the ofcourse Dayanand Sagar, because it is almost in the heart of the city. This is not the case with BVBCET. But apart from placement oine more thing which matters is off campus placements then being in bangalore would be a good choice. See both the colleges are comparable in some ways or other but both have thier own advantages and disadvantages.

See there are numerous reasons, other than location. Now, BVBCET was an autonomous college among 5–6 of total autonomous colleges from VTU.

DAYANAND SAGAR was also one of them, but see the growth of BVBCET (now KLETU). It has numerous achievements. In terms of placement, when we were in fouth year, there were only 8–10 students left without placement, that too few of them didn't want to get in to job.

Placement is not an issue, for both the colleges, at least for CSE and ISE.

The things that matters is how experienced are the teachers there, Is there any national techfest organized, what opportunities you'll have to explore the world of engineering, and all these comes from experience of the college.

The reason that BVBCET comes in top 5–6 colleges of Karnataka is that it was founded in 1945 or 1947, and since then they have been progressive. They have really experienced teachers and lab scientists. A huge infrastructure and support of many companies.

In 2014, Ratan Tata itself came to college for some meeting and also inaugurated the famous building school of mechanical engineering.

This is a debate, on which you'll find something very unique things from both the colleges, it's also depend on which branch you're interested in, there are also many other factors involved. But short answer BVBCET is slightly better now than DAYANAND SAGAR (DSI).

But If you want to enjoy city life, have some entrepreneural or business dreams from your college life itself and want to explore the chances of Off campus placements also then i would suggest you to go for DSCE.

In all other caese of academics and future studies i would say BVBCET will be better.

Hope that helps!
