I am also from Lucknow. Let me tell you that bbd is more preferable for BDS. Many of my my friends are studying there. And a few are also in sardar Patel and Saraswati. Bbd's faculties are very good. They are very helpful and supportive and encouraging you during  practical practice on patients . Ok

I suggest you to go for bbd.
