Hey,
The University of Delhi is one of the best educational institutions in India and the competition is generally very tough to make it here. The admission for most of the courses is based on the scores of 12th board. The cutoff also depends on the category of the candidates. The cutoff for all the good colleges is as high as 98 percent. So, there is very less probability for you to get a good college even if you belong to any reserved category.  But, you can go for other colleges of DU too whose cutoffs are slightly less.
