As per previous year data of AIQ for General Category where the cut-off was largely above 580-590 marks for GMCs, it's not possible to secure a GMC seat with your given rank, and more so because this year there are higher chances of cut-offs increasing, GMC is difficult through state quota as well because usually general category has pretty high cut-offs, you should consider other options of private colleges or deemed universities, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
