Hello,
Both are good Colleges.
I think you can prefer siddaganga institute of technology because it has lower fees for EEE branch and it has higher cutoff through KCET.
Or you may prefer Dayananda Sagar College of engineering based on college ranking, placements,transport facility because these parameters are better than siddaganga.

In Dayananda Sagar College average package is around 5.5-8 LPA
Highest is around 10-14 LPA
Minimum 80% got placed.
In siddaganga college average package is around 4.5 LPA
Highest is around 11 LPA
Minimum 80% got placed
Highest is around 10-14 LPA
Minimum 80% got placed.
