To compare between colleges we should keep the following things in mind.

1.Rank and Reputation

• Punjab Technical University does not hold good reputation outside Punjab.
• BIAS Bhimtal has a good reputation in Uttarakhand and North India.
• Institute of technology Gopeshwar is an underrated college.

2.Fees

• B tech fees for four years is around 2.5lacs.(only academic )
• BIAS fee structure for four years is around 6.5lacs
• It Gopeshwar fees is around 5 lacs.

3. recruiters

• In Punjab Technical University, Many students do not get placed directly through campus, although campus provides many joint placement drives for companies like hp,  Hcl, HDFC Bank etc
• In BIAS, TCS, Enquora Technologies, Lakshay Technologies,Bhilwara Technologies-HCL, NCR Corporation, Vincular, AON Hewitt, NIIT Tehnologies, Nucleus Software, 99 Array, Intelivisto, TMC Ltd, Alight Solutions-AON  were the companies that visited campus for placements.
• Recruiters are not mentioned in the website, but students are being placed from the college

4.Placemnts

• In Punjab Technical University, average package is around 3.4lac. The highest may go upto 8 lac p.a
• In BIAS, average package is around 3 lac, and highest is 6.35lac. With a record of 70%+placement.
• In IT Gopeshwar, the average package is around 2.5 lac.

Location

• As name suggests Punjab Technical University is in Punjab with around 81 acres of university campus. You will not get muuch exposure there as compared to other options.
• BIAS is on Bhimtal  Uttarakhand. Though the campus is not so nice, but still the weather is pleasent and You'll get opportunity to live in the hills.
• It Gopeshwar is located in beautiful city of Gopeshwar, which is rich in heritage and culture of Uttarakhand

So keeping these points in mind, I would suggest you to choose the college wisely
