CSE Engineering course is one of the most opted course by students. In order to pursue CSE course student needs to choose it's right place from where one must pursue this course. Obviously as per CSE course first preference must be given to IITs but getting admission in them is a difficult task these days. However one must choose the right institution which offers quality course education and right kind technical training. These things as per my views are available in Chandigarh University and recently it's rank in QS rankings and NIRF rankings has provided enough proof of the same. It is awarded with QS  3 rank and 29 th rank in NIRF rankings. It is NAAC A+ University. It ensures good quality of education and overall development of Students. In terms of infrastructure and latest curriculum CU is far more better than above two institutes mentioned in question. So I would advise one must choose Chandigarh University for its bright future and holistic development.

LPU should be your first preference. B.Tech cse  placements are very good there.
Also, LPU has produced some remarkable alumni in past years.
