So a total of 78.8% does not imply anything about admission chances, your BFS would tell your chances of getting admission in Delhi university.
There are different cutoffs for different courses, more popular courses has higher cutoffs whereas courses like Hindi Hons. and B. Sc physical science has low cutoffs.
Also, your category determines the college you get.
If you belong to general category, then an overall percentage of 78.8%taking the BFS to be approximately same, you have less chances of getting admission in Delhi university. You would get admission in less popular courses like Hindi Hons. and Sanskrit Honors.
