With a rank such as that you have secured it is less likely that you'll get a chance in MBBS. Closing ranks in Karnataka are much lower than the one you secured.

Do not be disappointed though. You may consider taking admission into a private medical college. There are a number of private medical colleges you may consider taking admission to. There are many good private colleges that offer the same level of education as any government college.
