Congratulations for your result. Your result is quite good and you will be able to go to any Bihar Engineering college which provides CSE. There are colleges including the top MIT (Mujjafarpur institute of technology) which does not provide a course in CSE.

Also, the colleges at Bihar engineering are not good and have very less job opportunity especially for Computer Science.

Your rank is good.Be it unreserved or category rank. With EWS quota you can get CSE as well. But it depends on availability of seats and crowd for seat as well I'm each college. You can get EC and IT in good College at ease. Like MIT or bece which had cutoff of 2300 for EC.
