Sorry to inform you that you won't find any college, which accepts the board marks and give the seat. So if you don't have any option try to get a seat by paying money. If you have enough time, you can give JEE, SRMEE, VITEE etc..,

There are generally very less colleges that gives admissions to candidates through class 12th boards percentage basis.You need to appear for either jee or college's own entrance exam to get admission.

But some colleges in delhi ncr like GL BAJAJ,GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY have criteria to give admission on 12th percentage basis.You need to visit their respective websites for more information.

There is hardly any good college that provides admission in B.Tech. without JEE/its own entrance exam.
So, it would be better if you can start solving previous year papers of these entrance exams. It will help you secure a seat for yourself and that too in a reputed institute.
