See the fact is there is nothing called ranking. Yes, the academic oppurtunities and infrastructure do vary but choose a college that suites you. For eg a guy from Delhi if joins a medical college from south india, although the college may be better ranked but patient doctor interaction is difficult keeping in mind the local language is a different one. This is one of the many parameters one must judge before choosing a college. Use these rankings only as a reference.
