With this general category rank, you won't be able to get any of the IITs( considering this to be your JEE ADVANCED rank). Even if this is your JEE MAINS rank, then also you will not be able to get any of the NITs. try searching for other colleges besides these tags. Go for private institutions that give admission on the basis of mains rank. Or go for colleges in your home state( they will be a better option than getting any NIT in the north eastern states taking into account the proximity factor).
