As you have not mentioned your category hence I am considering it to be general. You have secured a rank of 98794 in JEE Mains exam. At this rank I would suggest you to opt for the government funded technical institutes(GFTIs). With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
