In the field of  computer science, btech computer science is the best option but being from arts you are not eligible for it as you wouldn't have studied subject like physics, maths and chemistry etc.

BCA is a  3 year ug i. e undergraduate programme in the field of computer science & IT i. e information technology.

Throughout this course, you study topics like

• fundamentals of computer,

• programming languages,

• database management,

• networking,

• Web designing ,

• operating systems, etc.

• You need to pass 10+2 in any stream in order to be eligible for Bca.

• And in general at least 50 % marks in 12th is required.

In some of the colleges , it's mandatory to have maths in 10+2 in order to be eligible for BCA

For example,

While in most of the colleges,

It is not mandatory to have Maths in 10+2 in order to be eligible for BCA, in these colleges students who have passed 10 + 2 in any stream are eligible for BCA.
