In addition to the nations, it also depends on the university you attend. The ranking level of the university is also crucial.If the nation were India, IITs and the best NITs will provide you excellent career possibilities. I'd also recommend the United States, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Australia.Your master's programme should be in a top university, or at the very least a Tier-1 institution.

The USA is one of the finest countries for computer science since it contains excellent colleges like MIT, Stanford, and CALTECH. The USA is the exclusive centre for any area linked to computer science. Even though there are excellent universities in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney universities have prominent research in data science and algorithm) and Canada (U Toronto had developed and recruited professors for AI and machine learning), people tend to move to the USA after graduating from those institutions.
For those with computer science skills, the USA offers many chances, and there are many employment openings for computer engineers. Even if AI advances and automation transforms the labour market, qualified computer science engineers will always have access to jobs.
According to what I know, several firms employ thousands of computer science engineers each year from my college, and have never had trouble doing so. I thus presume that more than any other field, the USA welcomes computer science engineers.
