Outside of India, some prominent countries are Japan and HongKong in Asia (very up and coming and highly regarded in the world nowadays), Germany (always the best for a technical education, especially in automobile manufacturing) and the USA (housing some of the world's best engineering universities like MIT and Stanford).

Germany is definately a very good options to study any automotive qualification. There are also good options in some reputed universities in US, UK & Australia offering globally recognised Masters program in relevant field
