B.Tech and B.Arch are course of different fields and both of them are best courses in their respective fields. If you are interested in Technology, how machines work and more mathematical part then you can go into B.Tech and if you are interested in Designing and more good looking part then you can go for B.Arch.

It is depend upon your interest if you have interest in designing and want to work on designing software or u like sketching etc can do Architecture and if you like any Technical things or like to work in Technology related areas can go for BTech there are several fields in it like civil , IT , mechanical , EXTC , Electrical , biomedical , biotechnology etc.

It depends that specifically what you want to do and in which you have interest . You can read about all and write your hobby , interest ,subject you like or score good etc and matching all that you can come to conclusion what will be best for you.

If you are interested in learning about the technical aspects of a process and involve in its Engineering then you might prefer B.Tech. it is Purely Science and Technology.

Whereas in B.Arch it is a sort of a Project. You learn the processes that are already happening and then design new thinks where the Process doesn't necessarily get Disturbed. B.Arch is a Project.
