Evey course has its own Importance and Future opportunities.Compared to those 3 branches, In Engineering field Computer science Engineering stream has great opportunities to get the job easily.At the same time there is a great scope to get high package too.In the present world software is everywhere.And there is great demand for people who excel in Coding.If you excel in Coding you can even get packages in crores.Top companies like Google and Facebook recruit CSE people from IIT's with a wonderful package.So if you can do CSE from a good IIT then you can get packages what you wish.

On the other hand Architecture is also good compared to Growth and Income.But not having enough opportunities for students to explore.

I would suggest the courses in this order CSE > IT > ECE. It is debatable if ECE is better than IT or not but CSE is the first preference for anyone. The reason is quite simple, the jobs which are paid highest after engineering are for software engineers and companies prefer a person with CSE background since they would have covered all aspects from C,java,python,HTML to SQL/DBMS. The jobs and scope is not going to reduce for the next 4 years, infact it will increase even more.
