If you are outside TN student(completed your 12th outside TN),then you would get all branches except CSE at Amrita Coimbatore as CSE closes at around the 1000th rank
If you are a TN student,you would definitely get all branches.
Regarding the JEE Mains score,this is the first year the college is accepting JEE Mains score to take students in,so no previous year cutoff exists
However,keeping the student pool in mind,I believe you will get all other branches except CSE
