see both of the course in totally different, bsc neuroscience is mostly biology oriented disciplines, requires wide knowledge in chemistry and life science related subjects, however bsc computer science deals with programming, computer architecture and mathematics to build computer programming, however if you go for more job opportunity after graduation bsc computer science is best to choose.
