Lab technician and BSc nursing are the jobs of same field but both roles are different. The lab technician work internally and nursing treats the patient directly. Recently, the demand for lab technicians has been increased whereas bsc nursing has not only good scope india , also in abroad countries. It depends on your interest to choose any of these, salary of both courses is good and there is increment also depending on your experience and seniority. after bsc nursing, you can apply to any hospital, clinic. And as a lab technician you can apply to any blood bank, laboratory, pathology lab or can even keep your own pathology centre. You can also apply for professor/teacher in any college/institution.
